About the Building
The Ramsey Professional Building located at 311 Ramsey St., looks like a stone castle from the outside and has been a St. Paul landmark for years. It was built in 1890 and is on the register of national historic places. As attractive as the outside is, your clients and guests will be awed when they come inside. The inside has been totally renovated to create 19 private office suites. Many of the offices have leaded or stained glass windows. Some have fireplaces, wood ceilings and other unique features.
There is a large waiting area with wing back chairs for your clients and guests. Free off street parking is available in upper and lower parking lots, with additional street parking available on Pleasant Ave and Ramsey St. The building has a kitchen and copy machine available for all tenants.
